Our work
We support our members by advocating for and on behalf of London’s higher education sector.
We act as a convenor, hosting collaborative networks to identify new initiatives to solve common challenges; as a communicator, being a collective voice for our members and promoting London; and as a campaigner, responding to policy concerns and raising awareness of policy implications across our diverse membership.
Our policy work
Our policy team works across the various policy briefs that impact higher education in London. Taking guidance from our members on our priorities, we seek to influence policy making, inform our members on latest developments and offer members access to government officials and ministers. We deliver these aims through activities such as:
- Responses to consultations and calls for evidence
- Publications and reports
- Webinars and workshops
- Meetings with local government, the GLA and national government officials and ministers
