Technology and AI

With the continuous rise of new technologies, universities are having to adapt their practices quickly.  

AI in particular, is a complex issue within HE, with clear benefits for learners (personalised experiences), academics (automation of routine tasks) and professional services (streamlining administration). Nevertheless, there are concerns over ethics, biases, security, academic misconduct, misinformation and more.
