AccessHE Uni Connect Outreach Manager
Michelle is the AccessHE Uni Connect Outreach Manager for North East London, and works closely with schools, HEIs, local authorities and charities to support learners from under-represented groups to make informed decisions about their post-secondary options. Michelle works across Barking and Dagenham, Havering, Newham, Redbridge, and Tower Hamlets. She has developed bespoke programmes including a creative programme for care-experienced students and an introduction to careers and HE pathways for primary-age pupils.
Michelle’s interest in fair access to education stems from roles in education charities and supporting a maintained nursery school in East London as their Chair of Governors.
