AccessHE Memberships and Communities Manager

As Memberships and Communities Manager for AccessHE, Izzy is responsible for convening the Action Forums. She works closely with member HEIs to facilitate the development of collaborative outputs, engage with research, share best practice, deliver training and signpost resources. Her role involves engaging and communicating with AccessHE’s wider member and partner communities.

Izzy has several years’ experience of project management and frontline project delivery across the third sector. Her previous roles include coordinating a Covid-19 response project for a mental health charity based in Leeds; administering a social-impact start-up working to develop transparency in international aid donations to Syria and Afghanistan; and – most recently – working for a community arts organisation targeting under-served participant groups in London.

Izzy became interested in widening participation and access to HE during her time at university, where she was Access Officer for her college’s Student Union. Izzy has an MPhil in World History.
