Chief Executive Officer

London Higher is a voluntary membership organisation for universities and higher education colleges in the London region, which sets out to be a convenor, communicator and campaigner for and on behalf of members. London Higher has an excellent reputation in a sector which continues to undergo considerable change and financial challenges. The organisation has developed rapidly in the past four years, and the new CEO will be joining at a time where we are investigating opportunities to develop our brand, identity and financial resilience while continuing to grow our member offer and promote participation.

The Chief Executive Officer provides leadership to the executive team, is accountable for all divisions of London Higher and leads on the delivery against the aims and objectives for London Higher as agreed by the membership. They are responsible for upholding the strategic and financial health as well as the reputation of London Higher. Together with the Chair, the CEO represents the visible face of London Higher. The postholder will report to the elected Chair, and Board of Trustees.

London Higher is a company limited by guarantee and registered charity which currently employs 17 people across three divisions.
